1. Scope
These terms cover Raven Digitals services including web creation, visual identity, art direction, photography, video, editing, content and related services.
1 bis. Service area
Raven Digitals is based in Vaucluse and can provide services to clients across France. Digital services can be delivered remotely. When on-site presence is required, any travel, transport and accommodation conditions are defined in the quote before approval.
2. Quotes and pricing
Website prices are indicative. The applicable price, taxes, travel fees, deliverables, usage rights and revision rounds are specified in the quote. Work begins after quote approval and, where applicable, receipt of the deposit.
3. Payment
Available methods may include bank transfer and card payment through Stripe. Due dates are stated in quotes and invoices.
4. Schedule and collaboration
The schedule is indicative until scope approval and depends on timely receipt of client content, feedback and approvals. Major scope changes may require a revised quote.
5. Revisions
The included revision rounds are defined in the quote. Additional or out-of-scope requests may be charged after approval.
6. Rescheduling and cancellation
Project-specific rules are stated in the quote. Outdoor productions may be rescheduled when weather prevents safe or suitable production.
7. Intellectual property
Usage rights, territory, duration and permitted uses are those defined in the quote. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences. Source files are delivered only when expressly included.
8. Digital services
Third-party hosting, domains, licences and subscriptions are specified when not included in the service.
9. Raven Care and recurring services
For Raven Care or any recurring service, the monthly scope, frequency, initial term, renewal, suspension and termination rules are defined in the accepted quote. Third-party subscriptions or licences remain separate. No recurring payment is set up without a payment arrangement explicitly accepted by the client.
10. Consumers
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to a distance contract with a consumer, it is exercised under applicable law. Any request to begin performance before the end of the statutory period is handled under the applicable rules.
