1. Data controller
Théo Holtzmer, trading as Raven Digitals, processes the information received through this website. The remaining professional information must be completed in the legal notice before publication. For any question, write to [email protected].
2. Data collected
The booking form may collect: service, duration, preferred date and time, location, name, email, optional phone, optional Instagram account, vehicle, intended use, platform, preferred delivery date, indicative budget and project description.
3. Purposes and legal basis
This information is used to answer your request, prepare a proposal, check availability and organise the service. Processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request. This website does not provide automated marketing use.
4. Recipients and technical services
Information is accessible to Raven Digitals and, to the extent needed to operate the site, its technical providers. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and may provide anti-spam protection through Turnstile when enabled. When a time slot is confirmed, the useful booking details are stored in Google Calendar. Brevo may process the email address and the information required to send transactional confirmations. If you choose the email fallback, your email application and provider process the message.
5. Retention
Enquiries that do not proceed are retained for no more than 12 months after the last exchange. Information linked to a confirmed service may be retained for the periods needed for contractual and accounting management and to protect legal rights.
6. Local draft and audience measurement
The form temporarily stores a draft in your browser’s local storage to prevent lost input. The draft is deleted after a confirmed booking or when you reset the form. A new confirmed booking may receive a private self-service link used to reschedule or cancel it. The raw management token is not stored in the website database; only a technical hash is associated with the Google Calendar event. To understand how the website is used, limited technical events may be recorded: the page viewed, language and an action category such as a click to WhatsApp, phone or booking step. Values entered in the form are never included in these analytics events. The website does not set advertising cookies or embed a marketing pixel. Cloudflare may process technical information required for hosting, logs and audience measurement. Instagram links open an external service governed by its own policy.
7. Client area and delivered files
When a delivery space is created, Raven Digitals processes the client’s name and email, project information, messages, approvals, access dates and download events. Photographs, videos and archives are kept in private storage and can only be accessed after a temporary personal link has been verified. Access links and sessions can be revoked. Files are retained for the period shown in the client area, then deleted or archived according to contractual requirements and the agreement with the client.
8. Verified public feedback
A testimonial is published only after it is deliberately added to Raven OS and approved for public display. Displayed information can include the author name, company or project, review text, rating and a public source where available. Raven Digitals does not publish fake reviews and can hide or remove a testimonial following a legitimate request from its author.
9. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or objection where these rights apply, and portability for relevant data. Write to [email protected]. A response will be provided within the legal period, normally one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
10. Security and updates
Reasonable technical measures are used to reduce unauthorised access. This policy may change if tools, processing or obligations change; the update date will appear at the top of the page.
